Data deletion

To remove your data from Social Studio, either:

• remove the app from the platform's settings (for Facebook and Instagram: Settings > Apps and websites), which revokes our access immediately, then email us to delete stored posts; or
• email support@mcalpineict.com from the address you use with us, naming the accounts to remove.

We delete connected account details, tokens, posts and media within 30 days and confirm by email.
